Karen Regan

Karen Regan, has been a certified life Coach for over 25 years, but started using alternative holistic modalities when her husband fell ill. She began studying Reiki to help with stress and anxiety for her husband in 2016. After he passed away she was contracted by a local hospital to offer her Reiki services to patients. It was so successfully popular that the staff started requesting it.
Karen was fascinated by how amazing Reiki was and she decided to get certified as a hypno-therapist and an Emotional Freedom Tapping practitioner. All three of these modalities work in conjunction with life coaching and can help deal with stress, anxiety, pain, habit changes and dramatic life transformation.
