Karen Regan

Karen Regan, has been a certified life Coach

for 25 years, but started using alternative holistic

modalities when her husband fell ill.

She began studying Reiki to help with stress and anxiety

for her husband in 2016. After he passed away she

was contracted by a local hospital to offer her Reiki

that the staff started requesting it.

Karen was fascinated by how amazing Reiki was

and she decided to get certified as a hypno-therapist

and an  Emotional Freedom Tapping practitioner.

All three of these modalities work in conjunction with

life coaching and can help deal with stress, anxiety,

pain, habit changes and dramatic life transformation.

Meet Wallaby, our in-house therapy dog! He has been busy learning to be a calm presence, fly long distances, and install fences Woops! Puppy down! Wallaby had a challenging start being the runt of the litter. This little guy was still-born and had to be resuscitated by his breeder who, fortunately, is a pediatric nurse. He is an Australian Shepherd so we named him Wallaby to honor his strong instinct to work hard. In Australia, wallaby describes someone who 'wanders about searching for work.' It is a perfect fit for him and we look forward to engaging him with clients when they feel it would be helpful.

Wallaby is on the grow!

Nearly 8 months in this photo, he is trying

to take my place! He is hard at work reigning in

his energy and channeling it in productive ways.

When you tell your Aussie puppy he can't climb

on  the couch anymore... "How about this, mom?

Is this ok!?"

He is clever, I'll give him that!

Say hello to Shamrock! She has been keeping the couch warm while Wallaby works on his manners. Born in 2005, she is quite content spending her days relaxing with clients while they work through their challenges. She occassionally chimes in, always perfectly timed of course. Shamrock has brought a notable sense of calm to our office setting.
